The company partnered with Mathison to reimagine hiring and build a more people- and culture-focused workforce, using tools like the Opportunity Index to assess gaps in People, Workforce, and Development.
Mathison helped Wiley launch three pilot teams using its people and workforce education, anonymized sourcing, and culture-based language via the Mathison Sidekick. The work led to 200+ new team members engaged in People, Workforce, and Development, 3,400 top-of-funnel candidates sourced, and a 105% improvement in culture-based hiring processes, with Wiley aiming for company-wide adoption.
