Immaculate Creations, one of India’s largest jewelry 3D printing companies, struggled with long, manual file- and build-preparation workflows that produced oversized, error-prone designs and frequent machine crashes. To scale production they needed 3D printing software tailored to jewelry; they turned to Materialise and its tools to address poor-quality exports, time-consuming repairs, and manual support generation.

Materialise provided Magics to automate file fixing and reduce triangle counts (enabling 85% of data fixes to be completed automatically) and e-Stage to automate optimized support generation (work that had required two application engineers can now be done in a fraction of the time). The result: fewer crashes, much lower prep time and effort, and rapid scaling — production grew from one machine to ten over five years.
