Charged Monkey, the developer behind *What the hen!*, wanted to grow its game’s audience in key European markets such as Germany, Italy, and France. To do this, it partnered with Matchmade and used influencer marketing to reach highly relevant YouTube audiences that were likely to enjoy the game.

Matchmade identified 50+ influencers with strong audience matches and enabled custom in-game greetings and fan goodies for creators to share with their viewers. The campaign delivered major gains, including +92% ARPU, +231% free-to-paying conversion, +100% D1 retention, and +182% D7 retention, while the game climbed from rank 200–500 to the top 50 in its strategy category.
