The vendor Matbold was engaged to create a new identity and branding to address this challenge.

Matbold developed the "ROOTS" design concept, drawing inspiration from organic structures in nature to create a brand identity featuring a flowing logo, custom illustrations, and playful elements like guest coloring books and stamps. This comprehensive solution included packaging for the hotel's own wine and olive oil, as well as signage and interior artwork. The new branding by Matbold successfully captured the spirit of the place, creating an immersive experience designed to make guests remember their stay and become advocates for Kali Zoi.
