Molo trains 1,000+ end users with Mastery Logistics Systems

MoLo, an ArcBest truckload service, faced the challenge of training a rapidly growing workforce on a new Transportation Management System (TMS) from Mastery Logistics Systems, a task complicated by the need to conduct all training remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The solution from Mastery, implemented with MoLo, was a multi-faceted training program led by designated internal Champions. These Champions facilitated remote training, managed feedback, and ensured adoption of new features, which proved critical during MoLo's subsequent integration with ArcBest. As a result, Mastery helped MoLo successfully train over 1,000 users, foster a collaborative culture, and achieve a more seamless business integration.
