StayinFront Inc., a CRM software provider serving pharmaceuticals and other life-science customers, faced growing regulatory scrutiny and frequent client audits. Its previous paper-based, inconsistent document process—SOPs in Word files, binders, and scattered directories—made validation, version control, and rapid audit response difficult, so the company needed a formal quality system aligned with GMP/GAMP4 and FDA expectations.

StayinFront implemented the web-based MasterControl quality management suite, trained power users and global staff, and validated the system using MasterControl scripts. About 200 employees now use a centralized, Internet-accessible repository with automatic revision control, easy search/organizers, and collaboration tools. The result: faster document retrieval, stronger change control and validation, improved audit readiness, and MasterControl fully embedded in corporate processes.
