Gendex, a dental imaging equipment manufacturer and part of the Danaher Imaging Group, faced the challenge of controlling procedures, drawings and training across four businesses and seven locations with many remote users. With a rapidly growing repository (over 21,000 documents) and paper-based processes that made tracking, searching and manual data collection difficult, the company needed a centralized, searchable system to connect distributed teams and improve task visibility.

Gendex implemented MasterControl (Documents, Training, Processes and TOQ), migrated thousands of records and built electronic process forms. Features like Infocards, the Track function and robust reporting gave users quick search and history access, clear task routing and visibility, and trend data for process improvement. The result was centralized access for remote users, faster document retrieval, streamlined process management and the elimination of paper-based tracking.
