The customer, CNC-Siponen Oy, a manufacturing company specializing in custom woodworking, was challenged by reseller Zenex Computing Oy to create a unique conference table with a complex 3D model of a local landscape machined into its surface. This required machining fragile ash hardwood without causing cracking or peeling. They used Mastercam CAD/CAM software to tackle this one-of-a-kind project.
