TrainingPros, a specialized learning-and-development staffing firm in Atlanta, engaged Massey Consulting after being introduced by Intacct to consolidate disparate workflows into a single cloud-based ERP. Their primary challenge was meeting budget and timing constraints—specifically going live on the new Intacct solution before their legacy system renewal to avoid paying for two systems at once—while also improving payment and reporting processes.

Massey Consulting managed the Intacct implementation, mapped a timeline to meet the renewal deadline, developed a custom workaround for 1099 vendor entry and payments, and trained TrainingPros’ CFO to be a power user while providing ongoing support and monthly “Cloud Bytes” sessions. As a result, TrainingPros went live on schedule, avoided duplicate system costs, streamlined payment processing, gained more flexible reporting and integrations, advanced its paperless initiative, and achieved greater self-sufficiency with the accounting system.
