Massey Consulting implemented DynamicsConnect to synchronize customer, vendor and inventory data between ConnectWise and Microsoft DynamicsGP in real time, eliminating duplicate entry and reducing errors. The integration met Fred IT Group’s aggressive timeline (despite being on opposite sides of the globe) and enabled accurate, efficient quarterly billing for about 3,000 customers and 12,000 line items, delivering measurable improvements in accuracy and operational efficiency.
