Teknion, a global designer and manufacturer of office systems, launched the OneTeknion/TekConnect initiative to unify business processes and a large ERP system across nearly 30 worldwide offices. The company needed a single, secure next‑generation network with dynamic bandwidth allocation and consolidated billing—requirements unmet by many traditional carriers—so Teknion selected Masergy to provide the global connectivity and application support the project demanded.

Masergy implemented an end‑to‑end WAN via a pilot and full rollout using its Intelligent Connectivity services (MPLS, Internet Plus, Voice QoS) and Intelligent Network Analyst for real‑time monitoring. The solution delivered dynamic bandwidth allocation, VoIP QoS guarantees (including <1ms jitter and sub‑second network recovery), consolidated billing, reduced equipment/maintenance costs and improved application performance and productivity across Teknion’s global sites.
