ZEISS Vision Care, a global market leader in spectacle lenses and diagnostic tools, needed a better way to support its network of independent opticians in the Netherlands. With many competing brands on the shelves, ZEISS wanted to make local marketing easier and more effective by automating the process from layout creation to distribution. Marvia provided the local marketing automation platform, including Branded Templates, a Marketing Shop, and analytics.
With Marvia, opticians could access ZEISS marketing materials in a central portal, customize approved templates with local text and images, and download or send files directly to printers. They could also order POS materials, sales accessories, hygiene items, and giveaways through the Marketing Shop. Marvia’s solution increased optician involvement and improved conversion through personalized content, with measurable scale across 278 users, 3,960 assets, 70 templates, and 180 shop items.
