Facilicom, a facility services group active in the Netherlands and several other countries, needed a better way to create tender documents across its subsidiaries. Before working with Marvia, these bids were being made in Microsoft Word or by the central design team, which was either too limited for professional layouts or too costly and time-consuming. Marvia’s Branded Templates was used to address this need.

With Marvia’s bid book generator, employees in different business units can quickly create professional tender documents that stay within corporate identity rules. The templates automatically adapt colors and logos for each business unit, and the process has been successful enough that Facilicom now also uses Marvia to produce resumes, quotations, and other documents. The case study reports 5 sub-brands, 53 users, 12 templates, and 319 created documents.
