Albron, the leading food service company in the Netherlands, needed a better way to provide the right marketing materials and supplies to more than 500 locations across 30+ food concepts. Its previous mix of printer and supplier web tools caused long processing times, poor inventory management, and limited ability to link specific concepts to specific venues. Marvia’s Marketing Shop, DAM, and Branded Templates were used to address these challenges.

Marvia centralized Albron’s brand materials in a single brand portal with role-based access, so each location only sees the concepts and assets relevant to them. The platform also lets locations create localized marketing materials, order print items and supplies directly from suppliers, manage inventories, and export orders for financial settlement. The results included more than 800,000 product orders and over 2,000 template creations, helping Albron streamline location management and on-site marketing.
