How Nokia Uses Marvel to Collaborate Effectively Across Global Teams

Nokia, the global communications technology company with 90,000 employees across five UX team locations, needed a better way to collaborate across time zones while building a new design system and supporting product development. Using Marvel, Nokia’s Cloud and Network Services and Network Infrastructure teams could share prototypes, gather comments, and keep design work moving smoothly across distributed teams.

Marvel helped Nokia deliver a new design system and design library with improved guidance, theming, tokenization, an upgraded icon library, and right-to-left language support. Marvel’s remote User Testing tools also supported research and decision-making with heat maps, interaction statistics, and more accurate design validation, helping Nokia collaborate with little disruption and strengthen its design culture across the company.
