Hudl is a sports technology company founded to democratize live statistics and video analysis, growing since 2006 to support 160,000 active teams across 100+ countries. With a largely remote design team spread across time zones and frequent large-scale projects (sometimes 160 screens or more), Hudl needed a way to scale collaboration, prototyping and user research so squads could move quickly and confidently.
By adopting Marvel for prototyping and testing — integrated with tools like Sketch and Confluence — Hudl doubled its prototype production speed, streamlined cross‑team collaboration, and enabled daily testing workflows (internal dogfooding and coach field tests via the mobile app). The result is faster, more reliable product development and the ability to iterate at scale while keeping releases grounded in real user feedback.
