Rapid Circle, a Microsoft cloud services partner, needed a better way to assess Microsoft 365 and Teams performance for its customers as remote work surged during COVID-19. Martello’s solution helped Rapid Circle uncover problems that had taken years to diagnose, improve performance for customers such as large universities and hospitals, and deliver clearer remediation plans and measurable Microsoft 365 service improvements.
