To address this challenge, Mitel used Martello Technologies’ Mitel Performance Analytics (MPA) fault and performance management software.

Martello Technologies’ MPA monitors Mitel and third-party devices, alerts administrators to problems early, and provides secure remote access and active testing tools to speed resolution. Mitel standardized on the platform across its global environment, citing its multi-tenant architecture, centralized data consolidation, and broad device support, including SNMP monitoring and MiVoice MX-ONE. The result was faster troubleshooting, better visibility across locations, and the ability to continue growing with confidence while maintaining high service quality.
