Case Study: Hansgrohe achieves unified, multilingual employee communication with The Marlin Company

A The Marlin Company Case Study

Preview of the Hansgrohe Case Study

When a well-informed, team-oriented workforce is essential

Hansgrohe, Inc., a premium plumbing‑fixture manufacturer in Alpharetta, GA (260–400 employees), needed a better way to reach a dispersed, multilingual workforce across three buildings. Nearly half the staff work on production lines without email access, so important safety, HR and culture messages were not reaching everyone consistently.

Hansgrohe deployed The Marlin Company’s digital signage—six “H2 boards” in break and production areas—combining Marlin’s safety and motivational content with locally produced posts. The visual, web‑managed displays (with a single administrator and QuickTicker feedback) made messages easy to understand for ESL employees, unified communication across buildings, extended reach beyond desktops, and boosted engagement and consistent messaging.
