InterChange Group is a regional third‑party logistics provider based in Harrisonburg, VA, serving customers since 1993 with a 180‑person workforce of drivers, warehouse staff and administrative employees. With workers spread across multiple facilities and many without computer or email access, traditional channels like bulletin boards and printed notices left employees uninformed and feeling excluded.

To solve this, InterChange partnered with Marlin to deploy seven digital signage screens running Marlin’s Electronic Communication Station (ECS) across its sites. The screens deliver real‑time messages—company news, safety updates, event announcements, recognition and more—so information reaches everyone quickly; the result has been improved engagement, better compliance communication and a stronger sense of inclusion and employee recognition.
