They implemented The Marlin Company’s Electronic Communication Station: 50" LCD screens tied to a cloud-based CMS that lets managers schedule and upload custom content. The signage improved shift-to-shift communication, boosted employee recognition and morale (birthdays, milestones, events), and made key safety and production messages instantly accessible in high-noise zones—resulting in a more informed, engaged, and productive workforce with a flexible system that adapts as needs change.
