Blommer Chocolate Company of Canada, a Campbellford-based manufacturer and the largest supplier of specialty confectioner coatings, employs 140 people in a 24/7 plant and is committed to a high-performance culture. After using the Denison Culture Survey to benchmark performance, leadership identified employee communication—especially to nonoffice shift workers outside regular hours—as a key challenge; an initial digital signage purchase proved cumbersome, static, and insufficient.

Blommer implemented Marlin’s cloud-based, multi-user digital signage with easy-to-use software and a rich content library, enabling dynamic multi-frame visuals for health & safety, HR, performance metrics, CEO messages and more. The screens became central to the company’s communication strategy, boosting engagement across shifts, supporting team challenges (which helped generate $1M in savings last year), and making important information visible and actionable for all employees.
