SQP Engineering, a Western Australian supplier of precision-machined products, faced the challenge of organizing tools for its machine operators in line with its Lean manufacturing process. Markforged's additive manufacturing solution allowed SQP to produce bespoke tool holding racks that perfectly support the substantial weight of each tool set without distortion. This provided an all-encompassing solution that basic metal shelves could not, as it ensured every tool was fully protected when not in use.
