K Brew, the Knoxville coffee shop founded by brothers Michael and Pierce LaMacchia, needed a better way to manage inventory, purchasing and sales data as it grew to multiple locations. To address those challenges they implemented MarketMan’s Inventory Management System, seeking tighter control over ordering, receiving and accurate sales tracking through integration with Square.

MarketMan consolidated ordering and receiving into a single online order page and provided ingredient-level tracking, letting K Brew analyze actual vs. theoretical cost, sales and waste. As a result, K Brew streamlined procurement, improved cost visibility and sales accuracy, and gained the reporting and analytics needed to make more efficient, data-driven operational decisions.
