MarketMan implemented an integrated solution linking POS, inventory and analytics across ATFC’s multi-brand estate, automating recipe costing and inventory counts and delivering robust profitability and supplier-cost reports. As a result, MarketMan gave ATFC instant insight into menu profitability, streamlined FOH/BOH operations, enabled faster reactions to ingredient price increases, and cut inventory counting time by about 80% while providing location-level financial visibility across 20+ sites.
