Title Nine, a multichannel apparel retailer for active women, needed to switch from a basic web design provider to a robust and flexible eCommerce platform to support its growing online business. The company partnered with vendor MarketLive in 2003 to implement its Intelligent Commerce platform, seeking a solution with deep apparel experience that could provide a more reliable infrastructure.
MarketLive provided a comprehensive solution, including a platform upgrade to deliver richer product information and customer tools. The partnership, which included co-developing features like a loyalty program and a new site for the Bounce product line, was highly successful. As a result, eCommerce became Title Nine's largest revenue channel, generating more than 50 percent of overall sales and significantly increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
