Marketview Liquor, a family-run wine and spirits retailer founded in 2007 and based in Henrietta, NY, operates both an offline shop and an online store with over 100,000 monthly visitors and shipping to 37 U.S. destinations. After an audit revealed product pages with distracting layout, empty review sections and missed opportunities for engagement, the primary challenge was to simplify the product page and increase the “Add to Cart” rate.

Omniconvert ran a two-week A/B test (25% traffic each to control and three variations) that moved cross-selling panels above the fold and removed distractions, added product videos, and added customer testimonials. The winning treatments improved add-to-cart rates significantly: Variation 1 (reordered cross-sells and reduced noise) +18.2% and Variation 2 (video) +16.9%, both with 99% statistical relevance.
