A Marketing Zone Case Study
The Chartered Institute of Marketing chose Marketing Zone to improve communications with its London members after commissioning research into what marketers thought of the Institute’s membership services in the region. Marketing Zone provided website design, hosting and management, alongside enews and PR support, to help the Institute better understand and engage its audience.
Marketing Zone implemented a tailored communications programme that included a new London website hub, microsites for awards, contests and special events, blogging and enews, plus management of the region’s Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. The result was stronger member engagement, increased value from membership, and a more active London region that became a flagship for The Chartered Institute of Marketing; the case study also notes that greater contact helps drive membership renewals.
