NPAG, a self-funding membership body of NHS managers, needed a better way to share best-practice know-how with its members. Its previous website was hard to use, so NPAG turned to Marketing Zone for website design and video services, with usability as the main focus.

Marketing Zone created a fresher, more visual website with clearer navigation, prominent access to NPAG’s core services, and integrated tools including an events calendar, news, and a password-protected Member’s Area. The site is easier for the NPAG team to update in-house via a content management system, and Marketing Zone also produced a training video for NHS Portering Services; the client said the guidance and filming support helped create the first-ever best-practice video for hospital porters.
