Leading Services Supporting Corporate Wellness Providing Company faced the challenge of proving its commitment to employee health and showing how a rewards-and-recognition portal could seamlessly interface with workplace wellness programs. To address this, the customer engaged Marketing Innovators to implement a branded program using Marketing Innovators’ MI Wellness platform and its GetIn! recognition program.

Marketing Innovators launched MI Wellness, a multi-component, points-based program centered on annual health risk assessments, insurance premium discounts, behavior-based awards, on-site services (flu shots, massage, lunch & learns) and redeemable GetIn! points. The program produced dramatic health gains—100% of participants improved blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides; physician referrals fell 25% (2009–2011); high-risk employees dropped 79% while 83% are now low risk; only 7% are pre-diabetic versus 34% nationwide—and yielded measurable cost and participation benefits cited in published studies.
