Leading Biopharmaceutical Company had planned a week-long conference for its 450 employees but, because of COVID-19, had to move the event online and faced the challenge of keeping staff engaged through long days of virtual sessions. They engaged Marketing Innovators to support the virtual conference with home-delivered gifting as a replacement for in-person interactions.

Marketing Innovators curated and shipped individually labeled daily gift bundles—branded well‑being and work-from-home items (including company-branded Apple AirPod Pros and custom notes)—to each employee before the event so participants could open a new box each day. The program reached all 450 employees and produced a large increase in engagement and enthusiasm, with staff and managers sharing reactions on video calls, employees reporting they felt appreciated, and the vendor’s solution helping bridge the gap of a restructured virtual conference.
