The Life of the Party - Customer Case Study

The Life of the Party, a local costume, wig, and makeup store in Fort Collins, Colorado, needed a better way to accept and manage payments across its retail, online, and event sales channels. As a small business handling in-store purchases, online orders, wholesale invoices, and on-site jobs, the team needed a flexible payment system that could keep up with day-to-day operations. Marketing 360® provided the Payments app, Point of Sale app, and Card Reader to help meet those needs.

With Marketing 360®, The Life of the Party connected the Payments app to its Woo360 e-commerce site, created invoices for wholesale and advance payments, and used the Card Reader for in-person and on-site transactions. The Point of Sale app streamlined event sales by syncing sales and inventory in one place, reducing manual work and eliminating the need to take payments over the phone. While the case study does not include specific numerical results, Marketing 360® helped the business manage payments more efficiently and support sales across multiple channels.
