Randy Ross Tennis Center partnered with Marketing 360® to handle a major membership change after opening a new location and switching to a membership-based model. With 518 members across 271 memberships, the center needed each member to make a new selection, but its existing system did not allow self-selection and the manual process would have disrupted a busy front desk.
Using the Marketing 360® CRM and Nurture apps, Becky Ross uploaded member data, added custom fields, built a form and landing page for new membership selections, and sent segmented email updates to the right members. This streamlined the process so members could self-select their new membership type, and Marketing 360® made it easy to export the results into one sheet for updating membership and court reservation software, saving significant time and manual effort.
