Vodafone partnered with Market Logic to solve the problem of scattered, hard-to-find insights that were spread across multiple SharePoint locations and email chains. As work shifted remote during lockdown, Vodafone needed a centralized way to support customer-centric decision-making, share research across B2B and B2C teams, and keep business users engaged with up-to-date consumer insights.

Market Logic implemented VIC, Vodafone’s insights platform, as a centralized knowledge hub with smart search, personalized content, and easy collaboration features. The result was a more democratic and efficient insights environment: Vodafone launched the platform in March and quickly saw 7,000 searches and shares, more than 290 users, and a library of nearly 2,000 documents valued at £42 million, while improving reuse of past research and maintaining a “virtual water cooler” for remote teams.
