With information scattered across functions and servers, and much of it getting lost during staff turnover, teams were wasting hours each week searching for reports and struggling to keep up with stakeholder demand. Telstra chose Market Logic’s end-to-end insights platform to address the problem and make research easier to access and reuse.

Market Logic implemented Telstra’s “Insights Hut,” an AI-powered insights platform with AI search, automated document summaries, curated expert channels, and user-friendly onboarding. The result was renewed value from older research, including a two-year-old report that had cost $100,000 and was previously considered unusable. Telstra now has more than 1,000 reports from the past five years searchable in one place, and close to 300 employees are using the platform to find answers faster and make more informed decisions.
