As the company pushed to democratize insights and support its “Zero Waste Research” initiative, it needed a better way to make research and knowledge more accessible and useful across the business.
Market Logic helped Mars Wrigley co-create a redesigned insights management platform, Synapse, with improved search, a new UX, faster uploads, and a stronger single source of truth across regions and business lines. The solution was launched in October 2021, and Market Logic reported early usage upticks after launch, while the platform continued to expand with integrations and AI-enabled improvements to speed up insights delivery.
