Keller Williams Realty, the second-largest residential real estate company in the U.S. with more than 80,000 agents, needed an enterprise-wide, cloud-based “lead-to-close” platform to unify lead generation, marketing, contact and transaction management across its decentralized franchise. They selected Market Leader to develop, launch, and support eEdge to integrate multiple systems and quickly roll it out to their brokerages and agents.
Market Leader built and deployed the eEdge platform—providing lead generation, contact management, marketing automation (including 33 Touch campaigns) and transaction workflows—and supported a rapid rollout and training program. Within six months more than 60,000 Keller Williams Realty agents were actively using eEdge, the product won the 2011 Inman Innovator Award, and Keller Williams reported improved agent adoption, growth, productivity and profitability, plus stronger agent recruitment.
