Imperial Brands bridges the gap between digital promise and reality with Sourcing Dojo

Imperial Brands, a global FMCG company, needed to reshape its Source to Contract process into a “demand to enablement” model to drive speed, reduce cost and cut risk. Their incumbent top‑right quadrant S2C solution suffered poor adoption, fragmented data and limited reporting (only ~25% sourcing adoption and <200 eRFx events p.a.), so Imperial Brands selected Market Dojo and its Sourcing Dojo eSourcing solution to provide the agility, flexibility and usability required.

Market Dojo implemented Sourcing Dojo in under six weeks for 83 users across nine regions, delivering templated eRFx workflows, multi‑language support and a unified PowerBI view of sourcing data. The result was rapid adoption (sourcing events up 5x), seamless integration of ~3,500 projects, average savings of 8.6% on RFQs/reverse auctions (7.3% on auctions), more than £7.6m saved and an overall ROI north of 6,000% (6,323%), along with 95% of users rating the new solution better or much better.
