Bay Area UASI unifies 14 jurisdictions and 8.2 million residents with Marker Seven

Bay Area UASI, an organization coordinating emergency preparedness across the San Francisco Bay Area, faced a challenge of disparate systems with no central platform. Their public website was outdated, contacts were managed in spreadsheets, and collaboration tools were a patchwork of consumer cloud services. Their regional training program, BATEP, also required a complete overhaul. Marker Seven was enlisted to address this digital sprawl.

Marker Seven designed and built a single, monolithic platform to serve all of Bay Area UASI's needs. The solution integrated a public website, a contacts database for communications, a secure groups and forums system, and a comprehensive training administration platform for BATEP. The outcome was a unified command center, replacing scattered tools with one system that provided a credible public presence, controlled stakeholder communications, secure collaboration, and scalable training infrastructure.
