Dansk Metal, one of Denmark's largest trade unions, was facing challenges with lost sickness reimbursements, a lack of overview for employee holidays and flexi-time, and ensuring correct compensation for its members. To address these issues, they partnered with Mark Information to implement its ProMark workforce management solution.

By deploying several ProMark modules including ProAbs and ProPortal, Mark Information provided a system for managing absences, staff rostering, and KPI reporting. The solution ensured Dansk Metal achieved compliance with collective agreements, maintained a good working climate through transparent registrations and reporting, and realized easier administration with online approvals.
