Coop Danmark A/S, a major Danish retail company, faced significant challenges with time-consuming payroll processes, laborious and inaccurate roster planning, and the tedious administration of keys for over 700 employees at its Hasselager distribution center. They turned to vendor Mark Information for a solution to optimize these administrative tasks.

Mark Information implemented its ProMark workforce management solution, which included ProTime for time and attendance, ProManagement for rostering, and ProAccess for access control using magnetic cards. This integrated system centralized all employee data. The results were highly successful, leading to faster payroll processing with a more accurate basis for wages, efficient rostering for better use of working time, and simple, manageable administration of access control, freeing up time for other tasks.
