Chemring Countermeasures, a world leader in missile countermeasure solutions, faced the challenge of accurately capturing employee working time and gaining an easy overview of absence and exceptions for managers. Their outdated time and attendance processes and obsolete terminals needed to be replaced and simplified. To address this, they partnered with vendor Mark Information to implement the ProMark workforce management solution.

Mark Information implemented ProMark, which included terminals with HID identification, a web-based ProPortal for management, and full integration with the existing Sage 50 payroll system. This solution provided a leaner process, correct remuneration, and a full overview of employee availability for managers. The primary results were a reduction in administrative costs and more user-friendly administration of time, attendance, and payroll processes for the customer.
