Alliance Healthcare, a UK distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical, and health and beauty products, needed to replace an outdated time-and-attendance system that was difficult to use and made it hard to access reliable data for workforce and cost management. Mark Information was selected to provide ProMark, including ProTime, ProManagement, and ProReport, because it could meet their payroll and time management needs and support future improvements.

Mark Information implemented ProMark across Alliance Healthcare’s service centres, starting with one site and rolling it out business-wide within six months. The new system reduced administration and manual entry, gave managers a more accurate view of service centre costs, and let them generate detailed cost reports instantly; staff also reported being able to produce reports in about a minute, with the installation and knowledge transfer described as smooth.
