Mark Information implemented a self-service system via the ProMobile app where all vacant shifts were published. This allowed temporary workers to claim shifts on a first-come, first-served basis without requiring manager approval. The solution saved Ahlsell significant time and money, provided a more flexible workforce to meet precise demand forecasts, ensured correct remuneration for workers, and modernized their image as an employer.
