Myndgard, a spin-out from Trinity College Dublin, faced the challenge of the global mental health crisis, where long waitlists for therapy left patients with no support and conditions often deteriorated. Marino Software built a sophisticated mobile application that uses passive data tracking and clinical questionnaires to provide a continuous, objective view of a user's mental wellbeing. The solution included a therapist dashboard for clinicians. The outcome for Myndgard was a shift to preventive care, with the platform projected to double the number of patients a clinic can support and enabling early detection of declining mental health. Marino Software's work successfully reduced therapist burnout and provided validated acceptance in clinical trials.
