IBC Hotels is a Phoenix-based cloud platform serving more than 6,300 independent and boutique properties worldwide, helping members drive bookings and revenue. They needed cost-efficient, attributable campaign performance but were hampered by multiple retargeting partners, lack of reliable tracking for reach/frequency and post-click vs. post-view metrics, and a time-consuming manual process to dedupe and attribute conversions—making them reluctant to expand audience reach or spend.
IBC implemented Marin Display’s Site Tracking Tag to automatically capture order IDs and revenue, build cross-channel retargeting audiences, and tie conversions back to internal reporting. The change simplified attribution and reporting, optimized the retargeting funnel, and drove immediate gains: 85% lower CPM, 72% lower CPA, a 53% improvement in ROI, more attributed bookings in 1.5 months, and elimination of manual deduping.
