Cash Converters, a franchised retailer and short‑term loans provider headquartered in Perth with more than 150 stores in Australia, wanted to grow its loans business, boost brand awareness and compete with larger competitors. They needed a platform to streamline workflows, manage bidding and simplify reporting to support customer acquisition and brand campaigns.
Using Marin Software’s bidding algorithm, web query reports and Revenue Upload By Order ID (RUBOID), Cash Converters maintained target CPCs and CPAs while consolidating reporting and tracking approved online loans. The program lifted brand impression share from about 70% to 90% (a 20% increase), reduced average CPC (reported over a 10% decrease), and delivered meaningful time savings, improved productivity and better campaign attribution.
