Boys & Girls Clubs of America needed a way to keep branding consistent across more than 4,100 local affiliates while also giving club professionals with limited marketing experience easier access to resources. To solve this challenge, BGCA chose MarcomCentral to create a centralized marketing portal that would serve as a one-stop shop for downloading, customizing, and training on brand materials.
MarcomCentral delivered a branded site with single sign-on, search and preview tools, and a library of templates, photos, videos, logos, and training materials. The results included stronger brand consistency, fewer off-brand logos, and better campaign tracking, with the portal launching in mid-2014 and reaching 6,000 active users and 43,000 downloads in 2015.
