Rochester Public Schools worked with Marco Technologies to reduce a surplus of print devices across its district while improving service and support. The school district was seeking a managed print partner that could analyze its fleet, recommend consolidations, and scale with a new school under construction, while also making the most of its PaperCut print tracking software.

Marco Technologies analyzed five years of print data and recommended a 13% reduction in devices, nearly doubling the district’s original 5–10% goal. Marco then completed a smooth rollout across 348 devices in 36 buildings, provided training in every department, and improved the district’s ability to track print usage and spending with PaperCut notifications and reporting.
