Sequoia Financial Group, a leading US-based financial services firm, faced a challenge in scaling its marketing content output due to an ad-hoc, non-compliant process managed on a Quip document. To overhaul their content management for multiple stakeholders and internal teams, they partnered with MarCloud Consulting to build a custom Experience Cloud portal.

MarCloud implemented a customized Experience Cloud website built on the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) framework, which included creating new Salesforce CMS content types and integrating with the firm's existing case support system. The solution featured 17 custom LWR components, such as a content calendar and sophisticated search tools, resulting in a scalable, one-stop-shop portal that provided Sequoia with a robust system for compliant content management and set them up for decades of sophisticated operations.
